Privacy Policy
Steadfast Abundance LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Virtual CDL Simulator website, mobile application, and related services. This policy explains what information may be collected, how it is used, and the choices available to you.
Information you provide
We receive information you voluntarily send to us, such as your name, email address, phone number, support request, early-access request, and other information included in your message.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting, security, and analytics providers may automatically process limited technical information when you visit the site, including IP address, browser and device type, approximate location derived from IP address, pages viewed, referring page, and timestamps. This information helps operate, secure, and improve the website.
How we use information
- Respond to support requests and general inquiries.
- Provide requested early-access or product updates.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our website and services.
- Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights and users.
Training-material sources
You may send a link to an authorized public training source for internal comparison of terminology, procedure sequence, jurisdiction, or vehicle differences. We may collect your name, email, organization, jurisdiction, vehicle or license class, edition information, public source URL, and review notes. We do not publicly repost submitted books. File uploads are not enabled; do not email copyrighted files unless you own them or have permission to share them, and do not send student records or other sensitive personal information.
We retain source-review contact information only while reasonably needed to evaluate the submission, follow up, document the comparison, or meet legal obligations. You may request deletion through our protected contact form, subject to applicable law.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, analyze, or communicate about the service; when required by law; or to protect rights, safety, and security. The website is hosted through Cloudflare, which may process technical data under its own privacy terms.
Advertising, cookies, and similar technologies
We may use third-party advertising services, including Google AdSense, to display ads. Advertising providers may use cookies, device identifiers, IP addresses, and activity information to deliver, measure, limit, and personalize advertising as permitted by your choices and applicable law. Where required, we will present a consent or privacy-choice message before using advertising technologies. You can learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Mobile app advertising and privacy choices
The mobile application uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK to display advertising and Google's User Messaging Platform to manage applicable privacy choices. These services may process information such as IP address and approximate location derived from it, device or app identifiers, advertisements viewed, interactions with advertisements and the app, crash information, and performance information.
Google and participating advertising providers may use this information to deliver and measure advertising, analyze advertising and app performance, prevent fraud, maintain security, and provide advertising-related functionality. Their processing depends on your choices, device settings, applicable law, and our advertising configuration. Learn more about how Google processes information from services that use Google technology.
Where required, the application displays a privacy message before requesting advertisements. When Google indicates that privacy options must remain available, users can reopen them from the application's Privacy Center. The current iOS application does not request App Tracking Transparency permission or access the advertising identifier through an ATT prompt.
Feedback submitted through the mobile app
If you choose to send feedback, report a bug, or request a feature, we collect the feedback category, severity where applicable, title, message, optional name, optional email address, application version, application page or context, submission time, and a randomly generated submission identifier.
Feedback is transmitted to a Make.com webhook and may be routed to service providers we use to review, store, and respond to submissions. We use it to provide support, diagnose problems, improve the simulator, plan features, and follow up when you provide an email address. Do not include passwords, identification numbers, payment information, medical information, student records, or other sensitive information.
We retain feedback only as long as reasonably necessary to address the submission, improve the service, document our response, or meet legal obligations. You may request deletion through our protected contact form, subject to applicable law.
Information stored only on your device
The application stores limited simulator activity locally, including a randomly generated beta tester identifier, session and practice counts, completion or failure events, mode and vehicle selections, scores, timing information, and advertising-frequency timestamps. This information supports the local beta report, simulator operation, and advertising frequency limits.
This locally stored activity is not automatically sent to us. It leaves the device only if you deliberately copy or share the beta report. Removing the application or clearing its data may remove this locally stored information.
Mobile service providers
Our mobile service providers include Google Mobile Ads and Google's User Messaging Platform for advertising and privacy choices, and Make.com for processing feedback submissions. These providers may process information under their own privacy terms.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information you have provided, subject to applicable law. You may also ask us to stop sending nonessential product emails. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may be able to manage mobile advertising choices through the application's Privacy Center, your device privacy settings, or Google's advertising controls.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product develops. We will post the revised policy here and update its effective date.
